the gal behind the lens

Hey, my name’s Sara! Nice to meet you! I’m a creative from central Illinois. My main gig aside from Bad Love Creative Co is working at Cass Concepts Marketing in Decatur, IL. Growing up, I always had a camera in my hands. It wasn't until six years ago that I started taking it seriously + that's when Bad Love Creative Co was born. I’m a proud enneagram 4w5 / INFP + coffee junkie (said every Christian ever). In my free time, I love watching Gossip Girl, cuddling with my cats Salem and Papaya, and going to Cubs games. You can usually find me in a coffee shop, taking my dog Wrigley on rides, or at a concert. Some of my favorite bands include PVRIS, The Maine, and Hippo Campus. If I could choose one TV character to describe me best, it would be Peyton Sawyer from One Tree Hill. I’m passionate about sunflowers, Jesus, hard cider, vines, equal human rights, + my Huffelpuff pride!

some tidbits

a lifetime of creativity

My services include photo, video, + graphic design. Because I am formerly known as Sara Easter Photography, my photography services are the most popular. Even though my focus is weddings, engagements, + music; I’d be happy to bring any idea you have to life! I have extensive experience in editorial photography, commercial photography, boudoir, and senior portraiture. While I’m based in central Illinois and Chicagoland, I service all of Illinois and surrounding states. I’m also available for travel and tour!

Deciding to apply for the senior model team was one of the best decisions I ever made. I highly encourage upcoming seniors to apply for this incredible experience with such a talented photographer so that they, too, can create new memories, friendships, and a sense of self confidence like I did.
